Master plan pricing

It starts with a phone call to Dreamscapes and a scheduled consultation. 

Design fees are $225 per hour. A typical 1/2 acre to 3/4 acre scaled Master Plan is typically $2,500- $3,000+ but is variable based on the size and complexity of your project. It is highly recommended for all projects to begin here in the design and planning process. We can do the work in as many phases needed to fit a schedule or budget. A Plan also provides the important thought and analysis process that enables the designer and the client to filter all details and make changes before the beginning of installation. It is money well spent and saves you money in the future.
